Terms of Service

Kesatria Awan Sdn Bhd (202401043594 / 1589440-W), hereinafter “Kesatria”, provides domain registration, cloud hosting, and related services through accounts.kesatria.my.

1. Services

We offer domain name registration (via NameSilo), cloud VPS hosting, and related management tools. Services are provided on a monthly or annual basis as specified at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe (card) or CHIP (FPX bank transfer). All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. Hosting services are billed monthly. Domain registrations are billed annually.

3. Refunds

Hosting services may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the server has not been used significantly. Domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

4. Service level

We aim for 99.9% uptime for hosting services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure or domain providers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this policy.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, server data will be deleted within 7 days. Domain ownership remains with the registrant regardless of service status.
