We collect: email address, name (optional), payment information (processed by Stripe/CHIP — we don't store card numbers), domain registration details, and server usage data.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to: provide the services you purchased, send transactional emails (receipts, expiry reminders), process payments, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-party services

We use: Stripe (payment processing), CHIP (FPX payment), NameSilo (domain registration), Cloudflare (CDN, security, and hosting infrastructure), and Google (OAuth sign-in). Each has their own privacy policy.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network (D1 database). Server credentials are stored encrypted. Payment details are handled by Stripe/CHIP and never touch our servers.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within 14 days.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie (kes-session) for authentication. No tracking cookies or analytics are used on accounts.kesatria.my.
